Looking for a new manager? Just hit the button below to get in touch, and we’ll get back to you within a day to confirm we’ve received it and kick off the process. Once we’ve got the details, we’ll start putting together a proposal of what Core Strata can offer. This will be a great starting point for further chats and making sure we’re all on the same page.

Consultation Meeting

Core Strata will arrange a time to visit the property and meet with the Chairperson or the full Committee, depending on what works best for you. This visit is a great opportunity for us to get a feel for the site, understand the day-to-day needs of the property, and have an open conversation about how the Committee operates. We’re keen to learn about any current challenges, upcoming projects, or priorities you may have, and to hear more about what’s prompted the search for a new strata manager. 

Proposal Submission

After we’ve had the chance to visit the site and meet with the Committee, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your property’s needs. This will include a clear breakdown of costs, an overview of the services Core Strata can provide, and any additional offerings that may be of value to your building and its residents. We’ll also include any extra information you might need to help with your decision-making, such as how we manage communication, handle maintenance issues, and support committees with ongoing projects.
